Do
we stock second hand saddles?
No,
we only deal in our own saddles, this ensures all our saddles are of the
highest standard. Second hand saddles are too often damaged or stolen!
Should
I buy saddle to fit rider or horse?
You should always buy with the rider in mind first, horse second etc ..
Can
saddles be customised?
Yes, usually at no extra charge, all we need is detail and precise information,
regarding horse and rider. The better the information given, the better
the saddle will fit.

Do
Berneys stock other types of tack?
Yes, Berney Saddlery, stock a full range of bridlework, all handmade using
Havana Brown hides, which compliment our saddles both in colour and quality.
Can we supply names plates?
Yes we supply brass name plates for headcollars, bridles and saddles.
We can also imprint initials on all tack, this is a good security feature,
but limits the resale of saddle.
Do we restuff / reflock saddles ?
Yes, we reflock saddles while you wait, we also provide a repair service
on all tack and rugs.
Are our saddles guaranteed ?
No, obviously we can't be responsible for how you treat your saddle, but
with care and attention, a Berney saddle will last a lifetime.
Can
we get Saddle pads, rugs etc. embroidered ?
Yes, we provide an embroidery service.
How do I care for my new Berney Saddle?
With well branded oils and soaps, using small amounts regularly. The oil
and soaps applied on the underneath side of your saddle are far more effective
in the care of your saddle.
What is our return policy ?
All goods bought from us can be returned or exchanged. In the event of
them being marked or damaged in any way a deduction will be made.
Do
you stock Country Clothing?
Yes we stock a large variety of jackets and hats, brands stocked include,
Musto, Aigle, Toggi, Harry Hall, Caldene, Tallyho and Puffa.
Do
we ship saddles and tack?
Yes,
we ship worldwide, though mostly to USA and Canada. We ship saddles, bridles,
shooting sticks, waterproofs, bits.
basically if we have it - we can ship it !
How
much does express shipping cost ?
Express shipping of one saddle to USA or Canada costs EUR 125.
Two saddles cost €185, allow upto 7 working days for parcel to arrive.

much does standard shipping cost ?
Standard
shipping of one saddle to USA or Canada costs €90. Two saddles costs
€140, allow upto 14 working days for parcel to arrive.
