Conditions of Use

Payment Methods:

We accept payments by mastercard, visa, laser, cheque or bank draft please allow 6 working days for the cheque to clear before your items will be dispatched.

Dispatch and Delivery:

Items that we have in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days when paid by mastercard / Visa or laser. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, however at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At these times you will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering.

Returning an item:

  • If you are returning an item you must include the original invoice with the goods – without it, the return will not be accepted
  • The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order
  • The goods must be in perfect, saleable condition
  • All goods are subject to approval
  • You must state the reason for the return
  • Upon receipt of the goods we will refund you the cost of the goods
  • Carriage for any returns is at the customers expense (unless the goods are proven to be faulty
  • Berney Saddlery recommend that you get proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit
  • Embroidered goods or goods made to order cannot be returned
  • If the reason for the return is a fault with the product we will send you a replacement or we will refund you the cost of the product and the cost of the postage.
